"The morna, my chest. Batuque, my knees and my hips. Funaná, my feet and my hands. Coladeira, my smile. Cola San Jon, my gratitude. Tabanka, my voice. Lundun, the part of me that I see in you and the other rhythms are the green that Cape Verde hides behind its soft dry skin."

"Artists are the voice of God. They show us the several faces of our society."

My premise is to live from the inside out, manifesting the creator that exists within me. And it is from this place that I share and suggest a new way of receiving, integrating, caring for and manifesting wisdom from the central creative source. I try, through my actions, to calibrate my consciousness to the divine consciousness based on the synchronicity of my body and everything that comes through the coherence of the heart. My prayer is simply to be grateful and be vigilant that my actions may bring inspiration, joy, sweetness, hope, benevolence, love, compassion, harmony, awakening, being together and united through everything I think, say and do.
